Cape Town International Jazz Festival 2014:
ALL SOLD OUT!
Media Alert: CTIJF2014: ALL SOLD OUT!
Cape Town, 4 March 2014 – espAfrika, organizers of the annual Cape Town International Jazz Festival are pleased to announce that all tickets are SOLD OUT! For South Africa’s first live multi-stage music festival and one that is known as “Africa’s Grandest Gathering” this is yet another reason to celebrate as the CTIJF approaches its 15th anniversary.
While the sold out status is good news, it will also bring with it the beginning of a trying period for the organizers. The much sought after tickets are prone to duplication and black market trading and espAfrika urges members of the public to be aware of this fact and ensure that if they are purchasing a ticket even after Computicket has closed its sales office, it is from a reputable and official source.
It should also be noted that the CTIJF does not ‘sell’ wristbands as has been promoted on several websites and social media platforms. As in 2013, the organizers will institute a ‘NO PASS-OUT’ policy. Once a festival goer enters the grounds of the Festival they remain for as long as they wish (until the festival ends) however, if they leave, there will be no re-admittance. Under any circumstances.
Members of the media are kindly requested to assist espAfrika in promoting this message to avoid the potential for disappointment.
